Let's start with the most obvious: You have gotten a link to an _appeal_form_. Fill in that form. That's what it's there for. If you only submitted your own original work, this will all be over in a week or so. If you didn't contribute enough to that "Remix", there might be further discussion in your future - which nobody can help you with. Just be honest.
And do _not_ click the "close" button. The "close" button "closes" the appeal which is essentially saying: "Close/Discard this appeal, please."
Edit: Oh, and also: I am not an NG moderator. And your chances of getting a moderator-reply by 'shouting into the void' are around 1%.
